Instructions |
- For NEW USER accounts please have your Dean send an email to Network Accounts at net_acct@adelphi.edu providing your name, telephone extension, email, the course title and the 10 digit number for each of the courses you will be teaching.
- To complete this form you will need to know the course id and course description. This information can be obtained by performing a course search. (The course id is a 10 digit number, for example 0083-102-001).
- Please complete one form for each course you are requesting. If more than one course section needs to be combined in one Blackboard course, it must be indicated in the Blackboard Course Information section, question 1. Fill in all required fields. Online and hybrid modalities can only be offered with approval of the Chair or Dean and need to be coded accordingly with the registrar.
- If you have taught this course before in Blackboard and would like to copy course materials from a previous semester, please manually complete the course copy function in the Control Panel or seek the assistance of the FCPE
