Blackboard to Moodle Copy Request Form

Instructions

Please complete one form for each Blackboard course you are requesting to be copied. All course materials will be copied into a new Moodle course, which will not affect your existing Blackboard course. When the Moodle course is ready for you to access, you will receive an email notification from the FCPE.
To complete this form you will need to know the Blackboard Course ID and Course Name. Please log into Blackboard, click on the courses tab and copy the complete Course ID e.g. 08-02-0145-170-001.
The layout of your course materials will be different in Moodle. If you would like assistance with moving items in Moodle or learning more about Moodle, attend an FCPE workshop or make an appointment for a one-on-one consultation.
