This the first video - in a series of videos and audio recordings - on how to handle media interviews from the Office of Public Affairs. Derner Institute Professor Robert F. Bornstein spoke to Media Relations Director Kali Chan to offer his tips on how to build confidence and prepare for an interview. Key topics he addressed: gaining control of an interview, strategy for different types of interviews, common interview pitfalls, and the benefits of doing media interviews.
