Adelphi University has subscribed to Turnitin.com, a widely used plagiarism detection system which runs submitted papers against content of the world wide web, journal article databases and a large database of students papers. LiveText

College LiveText is a suite of web-based tools that allow colleges and universities to develop, manage, and assess program and student achievements. The Ruth S. Ammon School of Education uses this application as a flexible professional portfolio solution for their students. The FCPE provides group and one-on-one workshops for faculty on LiveText. StudyMate
StudyMate is an authoring tool used to create games and Flash-based study aides using pre-made templates. Existing content from Respondus, MS Word, Rich-text, IMS QTI, and other formats can be imported. These activities can be viewed with any web-browser via a web site or through Moodle according to the instructor's preference.

Respondus is a tool for creating and managing exams that can be printed to paper or published directly to Moodle and other eLearning systems .
